Phoenix Property Management

December 25th, 2010

Welcome bloggers!  I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for taking time out of your busy schedules to follow my blog and discuss something that is very important to the revitalization of our economy and our country, the residential rental market.

Phoenix Property ManagementFollowing this blog should be both: entertaining and educational. It will allow you to see the different aspects of Phoenix property management; as well as the different point of views from the property owners to property managers, right down to the prospective tenants.

I will do my best to chronicle daily events and happenings from every member of the lease team, and provide detailed information regarding national statistics and events (all relevant to my subject matter of course). Please feel free to submit any comments or questions as this is intended to be an interactive blog where we can share our thoughts and opinions.

Our Phoenix Property Management Team can Help

With the help of my management team I hope to bring you the highs and lows, the ins and outs, the ups and downs of property management. Yes, that’s right property management, sounds exciting doesn’t it? Once you realize that property management is a multi billion dollar a year business that started in the Rennasaince era and directly affects our economy, it suddenly becomes a lot more intersting.

Property management has been around for centuries and will be around long after you and I have ceased to inhabit this earth. So let us devote some time and a little bit of effort to help everyone understand why the rental market and property management is so vital to our economy and the overall strength of our country.

Phoenix Arizona Property Management

December 23rd, 2010

Welcome fellow bloggers. This past month has provided one last surge in the rental market before the holidays. Tenants all over the greater Phoenix area scrambled to get settled in before Thanksgiving and Christmas, making it a mad dash to the finish line. These past few months have also seen an enormous  rise in the amount of Canadian dollars invested into Arizona real estate. With the housing market hitting all time lows across the board, the rental market is alive and thriving and Canada has taken notice.

Phoenix Arizona Property ManagementReal Property Management is leading the charge in property management by providing investors with full service property management. No new comer to property management, RPM as a franchise, has over 23 years of experience is currently operating in 31 states and is rapidly becoming the go-to property managers in every city, town, and berg where real estate investing makes sense.

Phoenix Property Managment, No Easy Task…

Property management is no easy task, and I admire all property managers who decide to take on this animal and make a career out of it. If you’ve heard of Murphy’s law, you know, anything that can happen, will happen. With that in mind property managers provide service to both the owner of the property, as well as the tenants that occupy said property. We are responsible for making sure the owners are recieving fair market rent for their property, as well as, making sure the tenants are happy paying said amount, and qualified to do so (conflict of interest?) you would think so, but when done right, both owner and tenant are excited about their decision to hire such a professional management company :)

During the course of future blogs you will be introduced to every member of the Phoenix property management team. Every person involved in a rental transaction is equally important and deserve to have their hard work documented for all to appreciate. Having a strong  team in place will have a direct impact on the success of any property management company, it just so happens that I am surrounded by the best!
